Absolutely terrible experience
Food was incorrect, went in to the place and said something and they tried to say that was what I ordered but I ordered using my the app so there should of been no excuse. Monopoly is back but only if they put it in the correct wrapper. I got ripped off two game pieces because they put it in whatever wrap they wanted. Dining room is disgusting, just because you have homeless people that come in doesn't mean you don't have to clean your lobby. A very cheerful woman who took my order who said she is retiring very soon made my day. She is prime example of excellent customer service. I hope she rubbed off on the younger generation
I have been coming to this location for 5 ish years and I want to say a big Thank You to EVERY worker here that gives 110%. Not only are you guys always polite, always smiling but food is always fresh and even though it gets busy busy busy you guys still know how to be accurate, fast, accountable and so so much more. I wish the McDonald’s I worked at in the past was like this location as it seems to be a positive environment for everyone!
