Food takes way to long to get.
I know this is fast food restaurant but, it was filthy. We were there this evening. The dining room had 3 tables with a total of 11 people including us dining in. It certainly wasn’t busy. Not one table was clean, ready for us. We actually had to get napkins and clear off our own table. The trash can was full and overflowing…there was actually trash on the floor that a customer had to pick up. How hard is it to clean tables and change out a trash bag? Not a good experience.
Ordered a head to pick up inside. Waited a good 15 minutes inside for my order. It was not busy. 3 other customers waiting in side for orders. People already seated and eating. Drive through was moderate. Customer service was not good. Workers did not seem to know what was going on and where super slow. Luckily my food was decent. I don't go to fast food often and this experience will not get me back there for quite some time.
