My wife ordered on the app went to go pick it up and they said they couldn’t give the order because her phone wasn’t with me which I have done at other locations
Terrible organization. Wait was inexcusable. Witnessed 3 customer complaint regarding missing or wrong orders
So it's convenient to go to this McDonald's but omg considering the price of McDonald's these days you would expect sit down restaurant quality but nope not here.... McDonald's and fast food employees want $20/hr but their not even worth $10/hr.... Fries cold, big Mac so cold the cheese felt like it literally just came out of the fridge.... Zero personality unless being miserable is a good personality.... Tried to order breakfast today in the 2 lane drive thru but apparently 1st come 1st serve does not mean anything. As usual the 2nd lane was skipped. Follow up...again ignored 2nd lane again. Maybe you should just not have 2nd lane if your people don't want to take orders from it!!
