only come here if you want to be degraded and disrespected for fun. I mean some of us are into that, but I don't think it's something they advertise. shout out to the one good worker Natalie she's a sweetheart. only reason I come to this location honestly
Pulled up ordered an iced tea I do this everyday on my way to work was hand of the tea in my medium fry the tea with sweet tea I cannot have sugar the manager a large woman up front said no it was regular tea but I had a sweet flavor to it didn't an offer to redo it just took her hand and said it's regular tea regular I cannot have sugar very rude and unprofessional
We received some of the worst service we have ever had. The wait time was unbearable then not only does the screen not work to show what is being ordered but then they messed up our order when we tried to have it corrected we were told the person behind us had been waiting a long time to get back in line. So we had to go through the twice because of their mistake and all of my kids food was ice cold. I usually avoid this location like the plague. The other Howell location is much better.
