I ordered an iced coffee and the iced coffee had a clump of the cane syrup in it, and I asked for a refund and the cashier was giving me a hard time and was asking why I needed a refund and he didn’t understand that the coffee taste like garbage
Today is the same issue..Closed 15 min before.Says no coffee and everything.. It's so hurtful... Always closed 15/20 min before... Not Acceptable from this famous food chain..
Today I came around 9.35 pm and ask for a coffee but they denied to serve me like 20 min left for closing so we can't serve. It happend every time. It's frustrating..
One of the worst around Sudbury. Dirty. Nasty and you wait forever. Never go there, unless you want food poisoning.
