Ordered breakfast through the mobile app at 9:55am. I was not able to pick my order up until 10:25am. I was told that order was never confirmed and that I could get lunch instead. Why was my order never confirmed? Why wasn’t the order not already made when I was already charged. The lady told me that the system has to confirm my order and I would have to pick it up during breakfast hours. I called early as 9:30 to confirm breakfast does not end until 10:29. I have never had such a poor experience at this branch. One of the female employees was touching and playing with a customer's dog through the window while serving her food; she then proceeded to continue serving food to other customers. I will not visit this branch again, nor do I recommend that anyone else go there. It was a terrible experience.
