I don't like leaving bad reviews either. But the staff needs better training. They always forget something. I'm ordering at the front, I didn't order a big order but I had to go back twice to get the stuff I didn't get. The lady put the two bags of food in the counter and just left she didn't even read the receipt. Beacuse I could see the happy meal I ordered on the prep zone. Acabo de asistir a este local y la señora que parece ser la manager (por su camisa distinta) me atendió súper mal y no es la primera vez! Es una señora mayor morena,siempre está con mala actitud,me dice que no tiene mi orden,le pregunto quién habla español y solo se dio la vuelta ignorándome y se metió a la cocina,pésimo servicio
Went in at 8:47 am today. My mom speaks Spanish and asked for a refill. The black lady ignored her for 9 minutes then had an aditude. I spoke to an employee “Ashly” and she apologized for her and said it was her first day. I went to speak to the black lady and she was ignoring my complaints never again
