Fast hot and friendly
The chicken nuggets taste fake, hamburger meat is not all real drink are water down.
If I could give a negative I would. I do doordash. I was in line for 20 minutes waiting for my order two nights ago. The person in front of me was fist bumping with the co-workers at the window and having Chit Chat and conversation while I was sitting there waiting for my customers order the whole time they had theirs. I asked the person his name he said his name was Sanchez and then chuckled. They were very rude and the packaging of my customers order was horrible. Classic McDonald’s. Responsive staff. Quite busy. Fresh food.
Very bad costumer service They refused to give me an extra cup of ice and said that they charged for it. Then he asked another employee and they both said “yeah we have to charge for the empty cup” They have thousands of cups and refused to just grab one right next to them and hand it to me. The people working there don’t know how to talk properly to costumers and that’s why I always go to the location on 290 which is 5 minutes away from this.
