I normally go to Western because I'm in a rush for work but I had placed a online order for the university location where it was very prompt and friendly, my food was so good for once. Today's staff did a amazing job! I had ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit as well as absteak and egg McMuffin with a sweet tea, everything was perfect! It's fast food yea but my steak sandwich and muffin was delicious.
This is the second time this has happened to me at this McDonald's: I order a large frappé, and they give it to me with less than the full amount. This is because they run out of the ingredients for the correct portion, and out of laziness, instead of making a fresh one, they just give me what they have left, and it's always short. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I've always believed in keeping my money in the community but honestly they don't appreciate it the McDonald's by my job in east peoria is always good that's where I'll go from now on they are pleasant and professional
Sometimes it will take the employees literally five or six minutes to get to you at the register just so you can order
