I wish I could give zero stars I wanted a Big Mac and they can’t even get that because apparently they “can’t get the buns” like do your job right. And they were rude very poor customer service I tried to call this location many times and they wouldn’t answer bc I wanted to know why I could order a Big Mac on door dash but my door dasher told me why and I honestly hope the manager does something about they’re rude night staff
Worst experience with this franchise ever. Check the cameras today from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 and you'll see for yourself. The lobby was a mess, customer service was awful. Straight chaos.
Went through the drive thru. Food was great but the service was terrible. The person over the speaker was extremely rude from the beginning. I work in food service, I know you have bad days sometimes. This women was just flat out disrespectful. I wish I could’ve grabbed her name.
