So I know it's a new location but I mean come on it's McDonald's it's not that hard they charge me for the wrong meal then the manager couldn't figure out how to give me a refund or read the receipt Liz the manager was rude I mean I shouldn't even be taking my kids to McDonald's but we wanted to play Monopoly at least we won some free food
I came to this McDonald’s and asked for a water cup very calm and normal but I guess I forgot to say please, so the employee, Myra, responded with “say please” in a condescending tone. The way she said it didn’t feel polite at all — it came across as dismissive and rude. It left me feeling hurt and disrespected over something that should have been a simple request. I hope management takes note, because customers deserve to be treated kindly.
This location needs help bad. To start we have given this location several chances. We live near by. That said, every time the tables are dirty, the staff is basically absent. If you catch one expect a quick fix and out. This last time was the icing on the cake with ants on some tables and the ants were crawling on the soda machine and all over the tea dispenser.
