Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing due to poor management and service. I visited during my lunch break and opted for table service, which was not honored. The staff appeared unmotivated, and instead of receiving table service, my name was loudly called out by a female employee. Given this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
The area they are located is upscale, the parking lot was clean/ well maintained, my request was taken quickly and I moved through the drive thru fairly quickly, but my order was not made as requested. I requested fresh, which means they drop a fresh frozen filet or at least re-drop an already prepared fish filet and make it to order so that it is hot and fresh.
