I come here often because I work in the area. The young man with the glasses and the manager is never welcoming. They never smile, say thank you or anything. I always say thank you when receiving my order and they don't say anything. The young man on the register looks so unhappy. He stands to the side of the register to take my order and I find that a bit weird. Corporate needs to have a talk with the employees on how to service the public with good customer service. Very rude and disgusting. Too many homeless people around which makes the place stink. I arrived today planning to get a sundae a cone and a large fry. They didn't have any sundaes and only cones. So I got 2 cones and a large fry. The man at the register didn't have gloves and touched the filthy register and coins. Then he grabbed our cones with his filthy hands.
