I asked for a Lrg Carmel mocha. Guy rings up a large Mocha and ask me to pull up. I asked again at the window, Carmel Mocha, not a regular Mocha, He said sure I'll tell them to fix up there. Girl asks me if I want the Carmel drizzle, I explain the difference and we find out the Carmel mocha is no longer offered, OK I'll take a regular mocha... left with a small mocha with no whip... checked my receipt apparently dude in the back changed it from large to small when I talked to him at the window.
