If you go there for their Coke or frozen Coke, their machine is down more than it works. Pretty frustrating to wait in the line only to discover that it is once again not working. While I understand things happen, this is a little much. I have yet to experience the some problems at any of the surrounding McDonald’s. How about placing a light outside, visible from the parking lot, that indicates when the frozen Coke machine is actually in service.
Soggy pickles. There are so many places to get a burger. And the prices are not worth that crap.
Dirty tables, long wait, stupid music. Hard working staff, but this location is understaffed.
Update: it happened again tonight. Same issue. I used the link to report on McDonald’s website and got a generic email response saying sorry. No action. I don’t know what it is about this specific McDonald’s - but they must hate custom orders. If I ask for no cheese - I get only cheese and nothing else. If I ask for extra onions - I get no onions. It’s so frustrating how many times I’ve had to drive back up there and get my order corrected. It’s at least 80% of the time.
