This place is CLOSED for renovations but still taking orders through the app. Can't call for a refund, the number is NOT IN SERVICE. And can't cancel the order through the app because there's no option. No help from customer service besides "Call the restaurant you ordered from, the app is a third party, so you'll have to just call your bank and dispute the charges". Ridiculous. I dunno what's worst, dodging accountability or stealing from customers. I'll go with both.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s only three times and every single time it is let me down. Every single time I’ve been here my order has been incorrect. But today was the worst of them. The first time I was here, the lady was extremely rude. The two ladies I talked to with today they were nice. McDonald’s has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but unfortunately this location was the dirtiest I’ve ever visited, and the service was very disappointing.
