Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. 30 Minutes for my sausage burrito and then they forgot my coffee. I had to wait more time for them to brew and make my coffee. Not coming back here.
A young lady at the drive thru handed us our order. I had paid for extra caramel but there wasn’t much in the cup so I politely asked if I could get more. She rudely closed the window on me and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence. I saw her speaking to the manager Beatriz and the manager looked annoyed with me and was acting as if what I was asking for was so complicated (apparently they aren’t able to put caramel in the top which is a lie because it’s been done before).
