At this location, no one is ever at the counter to greet customers. The hole team crew is always chatting with each other making customers wait until they are done talking each other then work related. Not to mention the rudeness and faces they make when you try to correct them about the customer order and still gets it wrong. They never measure the basket of fries. Food is fresh but you will wait.

When I visit fast food. It’s not for the 5star cuisine. It’s for the customer service and to grab something in a hurry. Not to be greeted with a “what do you want” I mean even Jack in the box stays on program with the “welcome to JIB my name is…. How may I take your order today”
