I love this McDonald's. I have an iced coffee with my Michael. Fraternally your friends in Christ, Michael and Alice
Very RUDE manager! She ignored an employee in need and left customers waiting for a manager override that takes 30 seconds. I waited over 15 minutes and my food was prepared and sat out until it got cold. When asked can I ask to her, she DID NOT approach me and had the nastiness attitude. She constantly looked over and locked eyes with me and other waiting customers while she prepared fries! There was NO urgency, professionalism or an APOLOGY! I am highly disappointed and I will make a formal complaint with corporate.
