Food is usually correct but if you're not a drive thru customer you are straight up ignored at the counter for more than 10 minutes sometimes
Was more than 9 minutes for an inside order. Sadly, I could not understand what the lady behind the counter was asking me, a kind gentleman interpreted for me. I had ordered a small coffee, the lady dropped off my coffee and didn't attach the lid completely, across the parking lot I went to take a sip and scalding hot coffee all over my hand. Most of the coffee ended up on the ground. Wont be returning to this poorly staffed McDonalds in Pawtucket.
