Posted a review here a couple days ago and it was for the wrong location I meant the gulf fwy location I’ve always he’d great service here very fast and friendly I apologize to the staff for my mistake
There are several occasions, like today, where the coffee is of poor quality, it doesn't taste like coffee, but rather like water with cream, and the attitude of the supervisors is bad when a complaint is made.
Poorly trained staff without customer service experience I guess. Rude behavior.
