Would give zero stars if I can, went late night around 12 AM ordered chocolate chip cookies , and $5 bags. When I get my food, I checked the bag and I noticed that my cookies were cold and I asked them to make them fresh fresh when I pulled up initially. When I told the guy, he said “that’s how they come”. How does fresh cookies come out cold? This location is constantly understaffed so it causes the wait times to be bad. I was waiting in the drive thru for more than 12 mins or so with no one answering or saying anything and then when they did respond asked if I was going to use the mobile app and I said yes then gave the code and then no response. Then I hear them ask the same thing to the other side, mind you I had been waiting there for much longer. Then I said multiple times "Hello" and there was no response. The manager was rude and couldn't accommodate my son code, because it wasnt working. Never coming here again. The kid in the drive thru was awesome!
