I just had an extremely unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. The employee assisting customers approached me and another customer and said, “What do you want?” rather than offering a basic greeting or asking how she could help us. Her tone came across as extremely rude, dismissive, and impatient. I understand that there may have been a language barrier, and I have no issue with that. Yea, they could definitely use some help in the morning.... Especially during peak times. Also, its good to know the menu and what's on it. I've had some of my food miss certain ingredients and I had to show on the app that it was included.

I asked for no mayonnaise on my hot n spicy and they put extra I asked for light mac sauce and they put large amounts of mac sauce and ketchup on the McDouble and made it nasty and filthy sauce all in the wrapper it was no nasty I couldn’t eat I wasted my hard earned cash here and they can’t answer the phone there not answering the phone so I can get a refund it was horrible they have children cooking and there messing up ppl order playing

I clearly ordered a sausage egg biscuit and a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese They gave me two sausage egg biscuits Not only did they screw that up I received my order bag dripping wet that did not secure lid on the orange juice I would love to enjoy my meal without the disappointment all the time with this bad service I did not expect to have to clean up the spill juice on the floor before enjoying trying to enjoy my meal that I paid for unacceptable and of course they're not answering the phone
