Food was cold... No where near fresh. Zero customer service whatsoever... Just Kiosks. May as well have been ordering from a vending machine. I know it's just fast food and did not expect restaurant service but damn...
I'm 60 years old and I don't know how to use the kiosk properly! I ask could I please place my order at the register, the lady said no! I said well I'm paying cash for my food so why can't place my order with you at the register? She replied you can call corporate! I just walked out and left! I feel like this is no way to treat customers at your establishment, especially when your business is there to make money!
