What's the purpose of ordering ahead and using the app when whenever you get here they tell you to go to the curbside parking. If you go through the drive thru, you'll still have to usually wait in curbside. This my second time getting breakfast here and on both time they took forever to give us the food. The lady with the red hair and red eyebrows was so rude for what like come on now ma’am if you don’t like your job quit. So very unprofessional, and she lied to her manager saying were missing everything on our order but I’m telling the only item that was missing was our frappe, she never once apologized or tried to help, she’s just plain rude.
