I am a frequent late-night customer at the 24-hour McDonald’s located at 1224 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12304. I often stop here after work because it’s the only place open overnight, which makes tonight’s experience especially unacceptable. I placed a mobile order through the app, yet waited over 20 minutes because the car in front of me was still placing an order, followed by another 15 minutes just for that car to be served.
