Hello today is August the 7th I was having a pretty busy day but TOPAZ the manager at this location number 25725 she really made eating at McDonald's in memorial Mall and a great experience my orders was not to my satisfaction at first she corrected it with the redoing the order plus giving me treats that I never anticipated she is a keeper if I can give her more than 10 I would respectfully nurse Anna customer service means everything and TOPAZ.MANAGER is truly provides provides lent excellent customer care 🤸🫵

Second time I’ve been forgotten in the drive thru at this location. Zero customer service.
I do not recommend this McDonald’s location. Every time I order here, I have to wait 20–30 minutes for my food, even for simple orders. This is my fifth visit because I work nearby, and the service is always the same. On top of that, they often forget sauces like ranch. Very disappointing.
