This place is an absolute disaster. I waited so long you’d think they were cooking a five-course meal, not tossing fries in a bag. And after all that? They still managed to screw up my order — badly. How hard is it to read a screen and get it right? The staff looked like they were in a group daze, moving at the speed of regret. If this is what McDonald’s calls “fast food,” then I’d hate to see slow. Honestly, shut this location down and start over — with people who actually care and know what they’re doing.
This is my second time here. The first time they gave the wrong order when there was no line and it was only me in the drive through. Now for the second time I came 20 minutes before they close they ask me for my code and then ignore me for 6 minutes went to the second window and they were just standing there not wanting to look to the window. This all happen on your closing shift is, you all need to do better.
Really good food at this location
Very slow, and no one addressed my family and I when we walked in. Just a bunch of employees walking not say nothing to the customers inside.
