Order online for in-store pickup 13 minutes before arriving at store. Waited 16 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. One man made himself a cup of coffee looked at me and walked to the back without saying a word. Finally when I was acknowledged he just looked at me, didn't say anything. I asked for my order and he grabbed it an made the coffee. The coffee was at least fresh. The rest of the order was cold too. The ice in the soda was melting. They really need a manager and CS training.
