I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for over 2 decades as a member of the community I grew up in. Not only have they been making my orders incorrect, but after checking when receiving my order and letting them know the order is wrong, they will not correct their own error saying they didn’t see the substitutions or they don’t accept the wrong orders. I don’t understand this when ordering through the app and selecting no to condiments, they still put it on.
They didn't let me use the bathroom.
Always too slow with order and they’re machines be down or out!
