I work by and this 3rd time they forget to put my cheese 80 cents xtra and the food is cold fries half way full.
I don't know how or why but whoever is taking care of the orders being logged is exceedingly inept. Since like a couple months ago every time we've gotten food from this location, the order has been entirely wrong. No, I did not ask for onions or PEPPER. I asked to NOT have those. I'm done getting food from this location because more than five times in a row of my order being messed up in the EXACT SAME WAY EVERY TIME is just ludicrous.
Ordered mobile curbside orders and waited for 20 min and went in drivetru to pick them up. Food was packed long back, it was soggy.
