This is one of the best McDonalds I’ve been to. The staff were amazing and kind. I appreciate the hospitality.
Like every McDonald’s these days, it’s just a pathetic and frustrating experience. You’re forced to order with a computer screen, which informs you that they’re only taking to-go orders. Really? It’s that difficult to just put food on a tray? Then, the receipt paper is empty, so you have no idea what your order number is. There is no ketchup or napkins provided to self service, so you have to ask at the counter, at which point you wait forever until an employee so GRACIOUSLY acknowledges your presence.
