The service is terrible—there’s a girl there who seems to hate everyone. I’ve been there several times, and she always has that arrogant attitude. We’ve never been rude to her, yet she either ignores us or just isn’t capable of treating people like customers. It makes no sense that they’d put people like that in customer service.
Terrible service. I waited 18 minutes for a hot coffee; I had ordered it via the app 8 minutes prior, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready and they acted clueless. It was awful—I’m never coming back here; honestly, it’s a complete waste of time.
Good place for fast food
I generally like McDonalds as one of my favorite fast food chains due to the service and fries. But not this store. I’ve waited 20 mins for my food while there’s no one in front of me. So I wouldn’t say they’re busy, instead someone is not doing their job. And while I was waiting for my food, there’s a lady waiting at the cashier for mins but no one even came to take her order then she left. This store def needs better management…
