The worst McDonald’s in Houston! They’re constantly out of so many items. Their coffee machine is always broken—no cappuccinos, no frappuccinos, and they’re out of iced coffee! Seriously, guys, this is a disaster! How do you even manage to stay in business?
Foreign object found in my daughter’s milkshake when we got home. Don’t know if it’s from the machine or what but pretty gross that she drank from it.
The lady in the front was completely ignoring me as she was doing stuff away from the register, no greeting or anything. I order my meal plus an extra drink on the side and she got it wrong and didn't give me the drink included with my meal but replaced it with the drink i ordered on the side and the food was completely cold which I find completely odd because I came in the morning. The other staff members were grouped up in the back talking to each other laughing and standing.
Terrible service I wait 20 minutes for just a medium coffee and an ice coffee, an employee made me my coffee and it had no flavor at all I understand a lot when they have busy days but I was the first to arrive and it took a long time to make a coffee when I saw that she was make it wrong I repeated my order and the employee said “yes I know” when she gave it to me it was not as I asked for it. The slowest McDonald’s in the world .. instead of working on current or mobile orders .. they just keep taking order after after .. u could be waiting on a small fry for 15 min as long as people in line waiting to order .. its ran azz backwards unless u got Time on your hands skip this place
