I came in to pick up a Uber Eats delivery today and I was met with the rudest customer service person you guys have there. I don’t know his name but he is Latino and kinda chunky. He was just rude walked away from me while I was talking and his whole aura was just negative and uninviting. Customer service people are supposed to be friendly not mean and rude I don’t know where you guys picked this one up from but it’s not okay.
Very displease with the drive though she was on the phone the whole time and my order was incorrect I speak to her and she didn’t have my order correct because she was on the phone with her boyfriend please remove her from the drive though window she’s unprofessional because she on the phone personal phone and not the customers
