Waited in the drive thru line for almost an hour just to be told you were only accepting mobile orders. Y'all could have came out and told the super long line of cars that had formed that information instead of wasting people's time. I won't be coming back to this location.
Typical MCD. It was busy as it is next to UH. The manager was nice to help out with our order but was surprised when I thanked her. It wasn't a staff issue it was the mobile order. The App is great but got the order hung up. It has been doing that a lot lately. It cannot keep up with locations when we are traveling.
If i could give this place no stars i would. I payed for a caramel sundae, with extra caramel. when i got it, it didn’t have extra so i asked the worker if he could put me because i payed for the extra. he proceeded to tell me no and they couldn’t do that. which is crazy because i payed for it.
