No refills for a billion dollar company is insulting.
Food is okay. The problem comes with workers not knowing English. There was new worker doing the cashier she didnt know how speak English. Also cashier didn’t know how to make the change
Strange Encounter Over a Simple Sauce Request I usually don’t write reviews, but this quick McDonald’s drive-thru visit was weird enough to say something. I tried to place a simple request: could they add both the spicy and ranch sauces to the mix and match snack wraps? I asked politely, but the first person on the speaker seemed a bit confused, so I just said, “No worries, I’ll take it as is.” But surprisingly, at the pay window, the same person took the initiative to clarify what I meant and was able to get it done easily.... read more
