I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this establishment, which was previously my preferred dining destination. Upon arriving at the drive-through, I specifically requested the $5.50 hot and spicy chicken meal from the value menu. After being instructed to pull forward to collect my order, I was informed that the food was still being prepared. I placed an order through Uber Eats. They gave my order to the wrong person. My Uber Eats driver contacted me saying that they don’t have my order. I was able to speak with the management through the Uber Eats driver phone. And the staff told me there’s nothing they can do and won’t remake my order. They told me to place the order again.

Always a wait, most employees rude, could care less about wait or quality of food. Employees are unfamiliar with customer service.

Normally don’t eat McDonald’s but was in a rush and this store had some great customer service. Came at 9pm both the guy and girl working near front desk excellent service !
