Ordered the Quarter Pounder w/ cheese Pack through DoorDash & this is how my burgers were! I did call the restaurant to inform them; the manager was apologetic & agreed to remake them for me but I wasn’t able to go. I contacted DoorDash customer support and they issued me a refund.
WORST REPRESENTATION OF A MCDONALDS MANAGER AND STAFF NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND A WHOLE NEW STAFF FOR MORNINGS AND EVENINGS PLEASE START ALL OVER WITH STAFFING
This Merrillville location has come a long way and I appreciate the young individuals that are working there, they actually give you service with a smile. And the food is always hot. I appreciate Mr. Charles too
