The girl in the drive thru has a nasty attitude, if you don’t like your job find a new one. But don’t treat customers like trash because you’re in a bad mood. That will ruin customer base.
Clean fast service
Not fast food, they're slow food. And apparently everyone there works at a different store Edit: it hasnt gotten better since the initial review. 9 out of 10 times they wont answer the drive thru. The open hours dont match up online. And theyll accept mobile orders when they arent open. Or i dont know the secret to getting service her. Go to robbins ave and 422 or 422 and 169. Avoid this particular mcdonalds
Used the app to get a free medium fry with a $1 purchase. I didn't realize the mistake until I entered the drive through line. The person at the first window said they could fix it at the second window. They didn't. If you don't honor your deals or try to fix them, what other questionable practices are they condoning?
