Used the app to get a free medium fry with a $1 purchase. I didn't realize the mistake until I entered the drive through line. The person at the first window said they could fix it at the second window. They didn't. If you don't honor your deals or try to fix them, what other questionable practices are they condoning?

afternoon crew are illiterate and do NOT know the difference between a regular McChicken and a spicy McChicken. the ability to read doesn't seem to be a requirement to work here after 4PM terribly incompetent or maybe just lazy after dark. unable to quickly or correctly prepare mobile orders. easily overwhelmed by two cars in line and a closed lobby. daytime has significantly less issues in my experience. just avoid this location at night. it's highly likely they will mess up your order. online or not.
