HORRIBLE , Not 1 good experience at this location. They forgot they asked me to pull forward and i had to go in so they could "remake my order" once. Honestly never had a smooth or pleasant or "FAST" experience here. Tonight was the topper though, they could not give me a reciept after 20 minutes of holding up the drive through i ultimately left. I recently went to this McDonald’s and received a used nugget box. I opened my nuggets and under the nuggets was old ketchup. It was so gross. I threw the nuggets away. I also ordered on the app but it still took 27 minutes to receive my order. I can get over that because I know stuff happens but cleanliness is important in food service.
Ordered a guardians dinner box fries were ice cold & no sauce for my nuggets & cheeseburgers were hard as a hockey puck
