The app said if the order has been prepared and Ive been charged already, then call the store to cancel the order. I kept calling until I reached someone. The woman who answered said she couldn’t cancel my order and I’ll have to do it. I politely explained what the app told me to do and that she needs to cancel it. Lazy workers ignoring the drive through speaker and windows to avoid making anymore orders. 1030 pm July 9th. Edited: same thing 1 week later. Seems the crew is a bunch of people who dont want to work. Atleast say something so we can head elsewhere. Instead just waste our time. They sit inside in the lobby sucking the owners money dry.
