I was told I was not allowed to order a large drink with my 5$ meal deal, that if I wanted a large I had to order separately. Even tho I order this all the time at different locations I asked why, they said because it’s still 5$ and they don’t upcharge for a large drink. So I said w.e. And ordered one on the side. When I receive my reciept, it is rung up the way I ordered it, large drink with my meal deal and a small coke on the side- for $1.39 more. Ordered thru app for first time. It was only four items and when I got home, two of the items weren’t in the bag. I called and this is what the man answering the phone said: “ OK when you wanna come down and get em? I’ll give you something else” No apology. Whatever happened to just Saying we are sorry we missed half of your order? And by the way, I don’t want something else. I just want what I paid for And didn’t get!
