Every time we purchase food through the drive through we are always shorted food. We were just there yesterday and they forgot to put an entire meal in our bag costing nearly $10. This is unacceptable and we are not happy to just give our money away! From now on we will be purchasing from the Farm/Durango location.
I will go out of my way to go to this McDonald's. They always get my order right no matter how convoluted I make it. They are always professional and polite. I appreciate you all ~ you're doing a great job!
