We had called ahead and spoken to the employee at the window about what Happy Meal Toy they had for my little brother. They told us they had a specific one that he didnt have. We got to the window and they gave us another one that we already had. We kindly asked them to swap it and the employee was rude to us about asking and said they couldn’t change it out. Lady at the cashier was rude and didn't seem to know what was going on. She was absolutely clueless when we asked for our drinks. The floor was sticky and their soda fountains were very low on syrup. (The sprite was a yellowish tint) The food was regular mcdonalds kind. Their fries were fresh.

Will never go here again last two visits I ordered decaf coffee and was given my food and told to park in front and someone will bring out … I waited a full 10 minutes then went inside and the pot just sitting there full …. No apology whatsoever, this is twice now … I WILL NEVER deal with McDonalds again … you lost a customer and my business, I will go to the competition… the part that pissed me off the most the employee chose NOT to apologize
