McDonald's is alright, but it's not my favorite. The food is pretty average compared to other similar fast-food places like Burger King, Wendy's, or Popeyes, where they actually make the food fresh. I consider McDonald's more like pre-made food that they're just heating up or barely cooking, so it's not the best. This is my general opinion of McDonald's, not just this location. The service and atmosphere are good, and the employees are mostly always nice and friendly.
They have messed up our order multiple times. Today they forgot two meals. Tried to call once we realize, no one answering phone. The drive through is always a super long wait (20-30 mins at least). The MDs on Whiting farms road is the best one in town - avoid this location!
Apparently this McDonald's only makes one pot of coffee at a time. I wanted decafe. Said they couldn't make it until pot of regular was gone. ??? The self order quiosk was slow and method of payment option didn't come up. I went to counter to pay cash. Was rudely schooled on how to enter and use self order. I know how to use if works in timely fashion. Still shocked McDonald's doesn't carry decafe coffee as part of menu.
There food was soooo good and I ate the fries in 0.5secs that’s how good it was but it was kinda cold
