The drink fountains are always out of commission and when you get a tea or lemonade since they don’t have soda they still charge you the up charge; never have hot fresh fries nor do they fill the fries all the way up. Customer service is also terrible. Can honestly say this is the worst McDonald’s in the Centennial area.

We frequent this McDonald’s due to the convenience of the location and over the last few years the service has been slow. It has taken on average over 20 minutes to pick up a curbside order. Today was the final straw when it took over an hour for curbside pickup for two chicken nugget happy meals. To top that the manager walked out without my order saying he has it inside like he expected me to come inside to grab it. The order was cold as expected with no refund. I would avoid this location and run down to Ann or north 5th.

You have to order your food through a kiosk, so when you actually have to talk to a team member they are very rude and unconcerned. But what bothered me the most was their drink and condiment area. It was really dirty which makes me wonder if their kitchen is dirty. This area needs better management.
