Definitely never coming back here. Got charged the wrong/someone else's order after kiosk was not working. Service was very slow & poor. Asked twice for bathroom code (our son couldn't hold it) & first time employee said they didn't have the key and then asked again this time a manager & was told they LOST the key. Had to leave early and in a rush. Place shouldn't be open if the bathrooms aren't available.
Terrible McDonald's. Food stale, tea bad, no bathroom key?
Ordered big Mac. G o t home sandwich 3 pieces of bun 3 slices of pickle 1 smash burger. 1/2 head of lettuce and a ton og salt. Tasted nothing like a Bic Mac. Called and talked to manager. He had no idea how to make a big mac nor what went in to making one. Better get better control of staff and product
Man this place is slow. They seem to only focus on drive thru customers and totally forget about there customers inside.
