While in the drive thru while trying to explain an order, the initial worker didn't understand our order which was understandable. However after a pause, the manager (Maricela or Mariciela?) Took over on the comm. She did not understand either but just assumed what we were trying to ask for. Eventually it came through that all we were simply asking for was one question about the 2 for 5 which she then easily answered!! I waited 20 minutes just for two sandwiches another customer ahead of me waited 30 or 40 minutes just for a hash brown in the sandwich completely unacceptable plus when I entered the restaurant it was a Full House of angry customers begging for services getting no response from a 10 crew. MALDESTA I believe was the manager's name. She does not know how to run a coordinated team and she completely gives worst customer service. But I was still give you guys thanks
