This is, without exaggeration, the most pathetic excuse for a McDonald’s I have ever experienced in my life. I pulled in at 11:40 PM — clearly within posted hours — and they straight up refused to serve me like they just decided they were done working for the night. No explanation, no professionalism, just pure attitude. Acting annoyed that a paying customer showed up? That’s literally your job. And the disrespect? Next level. They are super slow... Doesn't make any sense. Bring in some new staff.
Came to this McDonald’s this morning and waited over 15min in a curbside parking spot even though I ordered through the app way in advanced. I got tired of waiting so I got out the car and went to the counter and lo and behold my order was just sitting there on the counter. This ain’t the first time either, I can understand the long wait if I had ordered through the drive thru or at the counter!
