Ordered my breakfast at 10 am on the app went to pick it up at 10:20 got stuck in line till 1030 and they told me they switched over to lunch at 10:29. Said there is nothing they can do even though I ordered earlier. Terrible service.
Terrible service, went through drive-thru and had me wait in p/u spot 1 for 10 minutes. After the twelfth minute I went inside to get a refund. 1st thing I noticed the entire crew was leaning on any and everything. I asked to speak to the manager the kid tells me I am. I proceed to tell him the problem when an older gentleman waking up and he now says oh he's the manager. I explained the problem not once did i get an apology.
