Rushel & Martin were very helpful i appreciate them being helpful when they are busy in the morning especially Rushel going back and forth consistently i do hope that the area is more clean in the future for customers none the less i had a positive experience per usual also a pro is they have an Actual drink machine so it doesn’t feel like a bother to constantly ask for more of a drink when it’s hot out! I’ve had nothing but problems with this location any time that I end up making the unfortunate decision for cheapish food. Absolutely no urgency from the staff. Frequent errors is orders. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location.
Staff was super rude and tired looking. The girl who takes orders would not let herself be heard. It’s like she’s talking with her last breath. The guy at the pickup window could not wait to close the window despite I’m half way in my sentence.
A lot of the workers seem to not really care about their job but they seem to be constantly short staffed as well. Food is usually over cooked and some tables aren't ever cleaned well. Sometimes the wait is ridiculous when it's empty and fast when it's busy. Your milage will vary here.
