Bought 4 things that should of had monopoly on it but didn’t. Rude and unhelpful employees. Drinks are always bad/watery and food is always cold.
Ordered through app, said confirmed at 9:45, was canceled when I arrived at 10, couldn't use app deal again, shouldn't allow me to order if there's no time left.
Waited 15 mins for order and all cold. Ordered gold sauce chicken wraps, no sauce and cold. Fries half full. Staff don’t care and all had heads down. No point to reply with auto reply. Can’t resolve. Already left. Generally McDonalds customer service and quality output of food has declined over the last 3 years. Visited 12 in 6 states and all the same. Noticed now no server all collection pick up and want you to order of screens. Tired of being asked ‘are you using the app today’??? If I did why would I be in the drive thru.
