This is consistently the worst McDonald’s or business that I have ever been to. This review is a culmination of bad experiences. Every time I go they screw something up or take forever. It is the only place where when I’m asked if I want a receipt I say yes, because I know I’ll need it as evidence. I shouldn’t be forgotten about after being sent to a parking space to wait. Whoever owns this location should pay close attention to this bad reviews and improve their service. My husband ordered food from the drive thru. Upon getting home he realized he was missing a whole meal. It was late and we didn’t want to go back to the restaurant. We called for about 30 minutes but no one answered. This is frustrating because it is not the first time they have missed part of our order. For this reason we prefer to drive to a further McDonalds which has faster service and better food.

Very bad experience with manager. Messed up our order. General manager was there to help. Not rating since it's not first time this happens with manager. She definitely needs customer service training. The coffee and blueberry pie were delicious. Best coffee in town.
