I went through the drive-thru literally about 10 minutes ago (1:50 PM), and the ladies at the window were so generous. One of the male crew members who came out to bring me my food was also super kind and gave amazing customer service. You never know how much you can make someone’s day. 🥹
If you like loot boxes and mystery prizes this is the mcdonalds for you because they will never get your order correct
On 08/30/26 a little after 5 pm I decided to go to McDonald's on Mines Road where I have been a customer since the late 1990's. When I arrived the drive-thru was very busy so I decided to go in to order (the parking lot was nearly empty). Inside there was no one at the counter and only two customers in the dining room area. Bad service. Workers dont care , left me waiting for 30-44 min on drive thru even after there was no vehicles at all. Gave me the wrong order too. Recomend just going some place else.
