Cant even get an order right ordered a 5 dollar meal and a hot n spicy but i got a regular and no chicken nuggets
Forgot the jellies, gave me 1 sausage muffin no cheese, 1 BEC muffin and a plain coffee. Gave me the wrong order and forgot items. I ordered thru the app, a chicken mcgriddle and 2 sausage cheese muffins, strawberry jellies, and an iced caramel coffee.
I had a bad experience with customer service, I don’t recall the name of the lady but it was at night for a pick up order I made. The lady in the drive tru had a bad attitude and even talk bad to me and made hand gestures. I understand she is working but I was getting out of work too and I wouldn’t go to them and give them attitude like they did to me. I think I would just go to a different location next time.
