Love hazelnut iced coffee
Did a mobile order and went to pick it up as soon as I gave them the number they said they didn’t have the ice cream, typical but why have it available to order when you could take it off so people don’t order it. Anyway I asked why and all she could say was because we don’t have it. I said that’s fine just take it off and refund it. I went to the pick up window and waited, the manager ended up canceling my ENTIRE order instead of just taking the ice cream off.
