I order from this McDonald's via Uber Eats quite a bit. The food is consistently fresh and the order is correct every time. I can't speak to atmosphere or staff because I've not been there in person but my UE order is always perfect, double bagged for safety, and they always even put the little "care bag" inside with napkins, ketchup, salt, and pepper. They even get the special instructions correct (add this, sub that). Every time! It's so good that I imagine someone meticulous like Gus Fring running it. :-D
