I went to this McDonald's, and the food took 36 minutes from when I ordered it in the drive-thru, until it was delivered to my car. The nuggets were hard and cold as if they've been made for quite some time. It is a fast food restaurant, 36 minutes to wait for an order is excessive.
Wanted a large dr p. Was told there was no drinks. Saw a runner come out with a orange drink.
10 mins waiting for my order I ask and they ask for my reciept 🤬 even worst all my food was cold. I call to speak to a manager amd she has the audacity to tell her employee why did she answet and hangs up the call
Horrible service and poor order handling. I placed two separate orders from McDonald’s through DoorDash, but only one was delivered. On my end, one of the orders was still showing as pending, yet McDonald’s claimed both had already been picked up. My DoorDasher even got into an argument with them at the restaurant because they were confused about the situation.
