I had a problem with my food during a busy morning, I called the store and spoke with Juan the manager… he was very courteous and professional. A few days later I went to the store to get my order replaced, once again I was met with professionalism and awesome customer service from Juan the manager. food is always cold. order is usually wrong or poorly prepared. you’ll spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru. not worth it!
La comida pues regular como siempre, servicio amable pero las mesas estaban sucias y el piso muy resbaloso. Después de un año vuelvo a venir y otra mala experiencia, el combo lo pedí grande y me aumentó 2 dólares, el te dulce me dieron lo último de todo el día que ya sabe a tepache fermentado, pedi en total dos combos y solo me pusieron un sobre de catsup, mínimo deben poner 3 por combo y no me pusieron servilletas
